The Aux Cras vineyard is very well located. It is South-East oriented at an altitude of 260 m on a rather steep slope. The soil is not very deep, it is very stony (explaining its name: Cras formerly a quarry). Destemmed grapes ferment in vats during 3 to 4 weeks. Aging takes place in oak barrels produced by our cooperage Cadus during 18 months.
