Domaine Corsin's Saint-Véran ‘Vieilles Vignes’ has a glinting light gold colour with green hues. Its complex bouquet shows aromas of fruit and white flowers, intertwined with woody notes. On the palate, this wine is full and round with a prolonged minerality and slightly acidic flavour.

This vineyard benefits from a north-easterly exposure, situated around the village of Davayé. The Chardonnay vines are rooted in clay-limestone soils at an altitude of 200 metres, and have an average age of 50 years.

Domaine Corsin has established an excellent reputation for making wines in Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé since 1864. They were among the first to label wines as Pouilly-Fuissé and Mâcon Blanc. Today, the domaine is in its fifth generation, run by Jean-Jacques and Gilles Corsin who own 13.6 hectares of Chardonnay.
