On the nose, there are aromas of ripe fruit and minerals, such as flint, which create a fresh and pleasant bouquet. This wine is very pleasant on the palate: both elegant and round, with a slightly acidic finish bringing freshness.

According to Jérôme Flous, the Director of Wines & Vineyards, this is one of the most famous whites of the Côte Chalonnaise, an emblematic appellation. Our 5.65 hectares flourish on a limestone and marl soil, the source of its distinctive mineral aromas.
