Dense ripe blueberry and black cherry aromas with violets and savoury highlights of finely crushed dried herbs. Bold and powerful on the palate with layers of black fruits, ground nutmeg and cedar.

The alluvial gravel vineyard provides the ideal environment for Cabernet Sauvignon to thrive. The SQM range is only produced in years we can fully ripen the fruit to optimum quality. Using only the best french oak delivers a wine that is rich and round with wild blackberry, cassis and mocha flavours
