This wine is pale yellow in colour. On the nose, there are expressive notes of gooseberry, pear with a subtle touch of tropical fruit. These bright fruits continue onto the palate, which is bright and round with a refreshing acidity. A crisp and balanced Sauvignon Blanc.

TYDY Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of selected cuvées of Sauvignon Blanc from across the Touraine region of the Loire Valley. A portion of the grapes are bought in from long-standing growers, carefully selected by Thierry Delaunay.

TYDY refers to Thierry Delaunay, the fifth-generation owner of Domaine Joël Delaunay in the Loire. A specialist in the region, Thierry sources the fruit for these wines from across the Loire Valley, utilising long-standing relationships with grower friends and colleagues.
