Purple colour with lots of spice, pine needle, garrigue, and earthy red and blue fruits define the bouquet, and it has classic Gigondas minerality.

Gigondas wines are remarkably similar to Châteauneuf-du-Pape with the grapes grown on ancient alluvia, red clay and gravel on the slopes. Vines average age of 40 years
