Light yellow hue with golden tints. A lightly toasted first nose with hints of almond and brown butter then, after the wine has had a chance to breathe, complex aromas of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit and sweet spices emerge.

Partially decomposed porphyroid granites. Soils tending to be sandy, with a high quartz content. Aged in demi-muids on the gross and fine lees for 10 to 11 months.
