This wine has an expressive nose with intense aromas of peach, citrus fruit and white flowers, complemented by an elegant minerality. On the palate, a mineral freshness entwines with a citrus hit which continues onto the long finish.

Domaine Jean-Pierre Bailly owns 17 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc vines, which are situated on the hills among the best vineyards in Pouilly-Fumé. The vines are on average 15 years old, planted in the communes of Tracey-sur-Loire, Saint-Andelain and Pouilly-sur-Loire.
