London Dry Method. Ten botanicals - hand-picked rock samphire from chalk cliffs of the Isle of Wight and Boadicea hops grown on the southern side of the island. We also use a blend of English coriander seeds, fresh lemon zest, angelica root, elderflower, liquorice root, grains of paradise, orris root, juniper berries and infused with local strawberries.
