Gorgeous hibiscus and cinnamon perfume over sumptuously ripe fruit. Vibrant fruit and spice and an explosion of flavour with acid tension. Orange peel, ripened raspberry and red cherries layered over a raft of rugged but polished, dry tannins.
Altitude’s vineyard of clay and limestone is used to produce grapes for this characterful wine. The vineyard is currently converting to Organic cerification. Manual harvesting used for th collection of this fruit. Traditional vinification with the wine undergoing malolactic fermentation in barrels. Then the wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, half of which is 2nd use oak.
Two friends since school, set out to create a range of wines in their own image. Natives of Languedoc Roussillon, they want to shake the vines of their origine region by bringing a touch of originality and modernity to their cuvées. Created in 2018, they are part of an eco-conscious approach, more transparent and more sustainable. This commitment is evident from the vine to the bottle with organic cuvées or in conversion
