The Bourgogne ‘La Tuféra’ punches far above its AOC status with bright fruit intensity, aromas of white flowers and lovely acidity. It is sourced from four parcels in Puligny-Montrachet, where the vines are on average 50 years old.
Etienne Sauzet, located in the village of Puligny-Montrachet, is arguably one of Puligny’s finest domaines. Established in the 1920s, the domaine is now in its fourth generation, with Etienne Sauzet’s great great granddaughter Emilie and Benoît Riffault, her winemaker husband, running the domaine. They own a total of 10 hectares in Puligny-Montrachet and have recently acquired five hectares in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune
