There is little white wine in Beaune. This Beaune white is a blend of two vineyards: one of them is located underneath the 1er Cru Bressandes on top of the Beaune hill, the other at the foot of the hill

Grapes are harvested by hand and put in small cases in order not to damage the fruits. Grapes are pressed softly, they ferment in oak barrels produced by our cooperage. 1/3 are new barrels. Aging usually lasts 15 months on fine lies before bottling.

Perfect with roast chicken and all the trimmings.
