Fine and delicate aroma. High aromatic concentration with floral notes and mineral nuances. Elegant mouth with well present acidity. Full of minerality and citrus bitters with intensity, originatinga full-bodied and full-bodied wine. Wet stone, lime and salinity notes offer persistence and complexity on the palate.

Handpicked grapes into small boxes and carried to the winery in a short period of time. Total de-stemming with a short skin maceration. Cold clarification at 12ºC. Fermentation with controlled velocity and temperature. Minimum 3 month ageing on fine lees with regular bâtonnage.

In 2023, the Symington family, winemakers for five generations in the Douro Valley, joined forces with the renowned winemaker Anselmo Mendes from the unique Vinho Verde region, to produce premium wines with the utmost quality and prestige.
